4. All product images are a guide to the style of flowers that will be delivered. Flowers will vary according to size (price) selected.
Flowers may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfill your requirements.
At The Fresh Flower Market Warrnambool we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor and external environment. Unfortunately once we dispatch our flowers a number of changes in condition may result in changes in their longevity. All arrangements ordered and delivered are created by professional staff at The Fresh Flower Market Warrnambool.
In order to prolong the life of your flowers we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle approximately 3 – 4 cm from the end and changing the water in the vase every two days. Flower food provided by the florist and added to the vase water will also help preserve your flowers.
If you have any concerns surrounding your order we ask that you please call us on (03) 5561 3947 or contact us at email@example.com to discuss and queries or problems you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery. On average your flowers should last between 3 – 7 days. Should your flowers perish within 48 hours of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, the fresh flower market warrnambool will be happy to resend new flowers. To assist us in quality control however it is our policy to collect the original flowers upon delivery of your resend.
All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was placed.
Cancellation of Orders
Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering and 24 hours prior to the delivery date.

When you order from The Fresh Flower Market online you will be asked for you credit card number and expiry date. You will also be asked for a three digit validation code. The validation code is a three-digit number on the back of the card. You only need to provide the last three digits of the full number which can be found on the signature panel on the back of your credit card.

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.
Delivery will be made according to the details entered by the customer, if these details are incomplete or incorrect The Fresh Flower Market Warrnambool will contact the customer, however the order may be subject to an additional fee.
Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays. All deliveries will be made Monday to Saturday during normal business hours only.
Specific timed deliveries are not possible, even with advanced notice. Our couriers are unable to contact the recipient prior to delivery. If no special instructions are given the courier will leave the delivery in a safe, secure place, or they will leave a collection card. The recipient will then need to call the courier to rearrange delivery.
